Welcome to my site my name is Ken Gubbins

This site is dedicated to the wonders of two stroke technology

 I am strictly an amateur tuner doing bikes for myself and close friends only (not to many comebacks). I am delving into the art of the expansion chamber at present in both cone made and hydraulically blown items. My play toy at the moment is a Yamaha DT50MX that now does 68MPH (109Kph) and great fun as well. I am also doing up a Yamaha RD125LC mk1 to which I'm fitting a 170cc big bore kit which will be fettled by Mick Abbey Tuning. I am expecting something over 30bhp at the back wheel so it will be great fun to ride I hope.
